PSAs
include:
- Free
telephone support Telephone support that takes less then
15 minutes is free.
- Reduced
rates Hourly rates are discounted for each PSA.
- Round
the clock availability Our tech team is available to you
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Response
time We guarantee a 30 minute telephone call back and,
in the case of emergencies, two hour on-site response time.
- No
hidden charges You pay only for the time our engineer is
on-site. We do not charge for travel within the Dallas/Fort
Worth area.
PSAs
are available in 10-hour, 20-hour, 50-hour, 100-hour and 250-hour
increments. We also offer monthly Network Maintenance Agreements.

There
is usually a one-hour minimum charge for on-site assistance if you
do not have a PSA, but we usually do not charge for travel time.
These
rates are for services performed during business hours, and will
be higher after hours, on weekends and holidays. Parts, additional
equipment, third-party services and the like are not included in
these rates, of course. Sales taxes, if required, will be added to
the invoice amount.
